A current roster answers present or recent custody better than long-term arrest history. A person sentenced into state custody may disappear from the local list and appear in the VADOC Inmate and Supervisee Locator. VINELink is useful for custody-status notice, but it is not the court case or original arrest report.
The Duffield facility is at 1037 Boone Trail Road, Duffield, Virginia 24244. Confirm placement by phone before sending mail or planning contact because SWVRJA operates more than one site.
